A game that has the big devs shaking in their boots, It may have drama and hate from the AAA studios, but one of the most fun and enjoyable ways to not only play alone, but with friends its a blast too. Also you can ride around on a dual rpg wielding panda. and who wouldn't want that?

Ok Now for an actual review, short version, is the game worth it? my personal opinion is yes, even with the few bugs I have encountered (all minor and nothing gamebreaking)

However I will also add that given CDPR's dedication to fix their bugs among other things is something rarely seen in devs nowadays, for they care more about their reputation vs their money. Now onto the rest, If you want a game that can and will punch you in the feels, give you a good laugh and generally soak you up in story with many hours of quests, side quests, general distractions and even the ooo whats over there? factor. then this may be what you are looking for.

Sure its not perfect, but given the circumstances its still more playable than many AAA titles nowadays, let alone some other companies who claim "it just works". Not only does the game hold well to the source materiel and respects the lore that is set so well from back in the day, but brings it to life. Along with so many references and easter eggs I cant even start to list them. I could sing the praises of how combat feels, the joys of upgrades and how it feels to punch someone so hard they take flight, or how fun it is to walk into a room and make everyone take an impromptu nap without firing a shot.

plus lets not forget the fact that small dlc's will be free, and the large expansions will likely be worth every eddie, not that you wont find yourself spending many hours in the base game having fun, my first run was 62 hours. and i missed so much without being in a rush.
