I'm replaying it and its entertaining enough to keep me going, also for someone who is a completionist like myself collecting all the little medals and upgrades and such is a nice bonus. However the game overall is not extraordinary, it could be massively improved with some tweaks that leaned into the "tacticool" , "operator" aesthetic more and made the game more challenging. As it stands the difficulty settings only seem to make you die faster and the enemies to be more aggresive and deal more damage.

Also as a side-note so many details in this game make no sense given the setting.

Performance issues notwithstanding the game is solid and im excitedt to play it. It can only get better with the fixes and the mods dropping in.

Am currently overseeing a colony comprised entirely of psychopaths whilst running an organ harvesting operation for cash. Very lucrative and fun, my medics are getting plenty of practice. 10/10

Incredibly detailed and fun game, you can easily spend 200+ hours in this game and not even scratch the surface , i recommend it to anyone looking for a good 4X game.
