Hello every one who is sane enough to read this. Back in 2013 I wrote a review and boy was I just fooled. CodeHatch is the type of discharge from the Indie crowd that concerns me. The type that gets up and decides to rub itself against the walls with promises of custom guns, stats, the whole five miles with bells and whistles. While it's 1.0 I see no whistles, hell they removed the only interesting part of the game! I was interested to have a chainsaw that was the size of a small foot ball field and could simply happily mow them down to my own sadistic joy. No, we get something that they threw in our face with said promises. Which now just smells, and not the good kind of smell when you smell a scented flower - no it's a pile of ♥♥♥♥. Bad horrible ♥♥♥♥ that should be burried, but sadly manages to creep free like a bad horror movie.

But there's crafting! Well, you're correct on that - if you like sitting there watching a bar fill. It wasn't until three hours I found a bug - that allows me to just throw that all away! With a friend you can dupe items to your full glee. Me and a friend made a aspiring small town where people were free to vist and live with us. Long as they keep to their shacks and away of our glowing techno fort. As well any that did near got angry laser cannons shooting at their rumps... Now that I think about this the game is alright - if you like a cheese grater to your soft bits that demands money for it's services.

When looking at a more proper angle of Starforge, it's a rip off. It's a cheap grab to the most honest sense, if you want a game with such things I'd recomend Starbound - but then again Starbound updates as much as a seven year old likes girls. So in that regard it doesn't end well, so far Starbored seems to be dull... A samey survival game with the samey survival rules. Which is best to leave to people who can pull it off, it feels like someone wanting to be Rust which is trying to be something else. So on that note whay made them make this? Well let's see, space - check, crafting, check... Oh I see the holy trinity of money wells. Crafting, open world, sandbox. The setting is space like and... Yeah.

Now I feel the mild itch on my back to try and look at something worth it... Mmmn.. It runs on the Unity engine which also ran Guns of Icarus Online and Endless Space. Hrm... Now looking at it, Starpourage doesn't really hold up. I would reccomend spending money on something else unless you're the sort to enjoy sucking a rock through a straw - made of ♥♥♥♥, while strapped to a hairy man's back.

Regardless - treat this like the plauge and that if you get it, you're going to suffer horribly. Even if it goes on sale save your money for something that is worth it!
