Honestly kind of not good with MahjSoul now on steam

theres a lto fo things this has over MahjSoul

UI looks nicer

animated emotes

f2P is better here

but the downsides are pretty bad

namely the progression system and that after a certain point youre goign to find very few people in the higher rooms

in mahj soul and tenhou if you get third, often times it isnt a huge deal

youll lose 5-15 points (20 at the very most) if you get third

this is constant since the 3rd place penalty is non existent for all rooms (unless youre a celestial rank)

because of how Rcity works, youll tend to always lose a decent chunk of points for placing third

Mahjong, of course, is a game where you can do everythign right, and still lose.

the punishment for getting third is just too severe.

Yeah Rcity has nice skins, yeah it looks nice, yeah it gives you a free loli

Mahjong Soul is just better when you want to play serious jong

The immesne psycholigcal impact this game has had on me is astounding

Mahjong itself is a game where you do everything correctly and still lose because some bastard decided to haneman tsumo on your turn and everyone else got yakuhai nomi or open tanyao nomi

i swear to god sometimes it feels like i am in literal hell sometime because every single haipai has 3 single foreign winds, unconnected terminals, and generally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ floats at the same time

This is basically a game that harkens to the first person dungeon crawlers of old, like wizardry

if you arent into tough as nails RPG's dont get this game, it isnt for you

that being said this game has cool and funny design and infamous difficulty

personally i played this on hard mode and didnt find it that hard but hey ive been doing this for 20 years

id say youd be a balla ass gangsta who pulls major ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you actually play this on hard mode but lets face it, if you actually play this game you aint pulling game
