I like the way you think. But if you needed to keep lighting her on fire meant that it would go out, which means she would have a temporary sense of relief. Just keep her on fire the whole time till she dies. But just hanging her and lighting her on fire would be to quick of a death for her. The hanging would kill her fairly quickly meaning she wouldn't experience all the pain from the fire. You gotta do something similar to what they did to the 'witches'. Just put them on a wooden post with splinters still all over it. Set it on top of an unlit mound of flammable material. Nail their hands and feet into the cross and let them sit in the scorching sun for about a day or 2 without any food or water. Maybe give them some to keep them alive depending on how long you want them to sit there. Then light the fire and start throwing a bunch of sharp objects at them like knives or maybe rocks.
