What an incredible achievement. This story is absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it.

I had been holding off buying it for months due to real-life time constraints (work, adult life, etc) I really wish I had purchased it earlier in the year, it is fantastic, I highly recommend it, worth every penny.

Remove your Hud/assistance and be immersed.

I only found one bug throughout the entire gameplay and I got past it (Tester by trade, it is a problem).

Disappointed doesn’t really begin to describe my feelings towards this game experience. I purchased a HTC Vive for this game. I have been a fan since 2008 ~ 2009 and I own a large amount of the merchandise. (I love the story, I love the characters, I love the world)

As a Kickstarter backer I wish to express my unbelievable exasperation at the fact this game could have been so much more. I believed that if this picked up from the bathhouse and was maybe the daily running’s of the business, basically an interactive experience that immersed you into a very small part of the Spice & Wolf world it would be something to behold.

Instead, I have been given an experience which I’m sure for some was all they wanted and dreamed about. The quality of the game is very apparent with a rich experience of graphics and a short storyline. Patting Holo on the head was… if I am quite honest… a step towards the ridiculous (Apologies to everyone who enjoyed that)

I recommend this to anyone who is a long-term fan just because we might be able to fund future expansion into the world. But for those who aren’t, I cannot say this will be an enjoyable experience for you. Unless, you like many others, like the idea of patting Holo the wise wolf on the head.

Must admit, I'm very impressed with this game. The quality of work that has gone into this is obvious and as the development is fuelled by one person, just amazing kudos to you!

There are a few issues such as not being able to return to the main area after proceeding to what I am going to call “trials by combat area”. Occasional performance issues that I haven’t seen in other VR titles but is probably related to my setup as is the way of these things (i7 7820, 32GB RAM, 1080ti - Can follow up with more info if need be). A lack of a tutorial and a few other things have proven slightly challenging, but I am new to the VR scene and would prefer to give it more time that labelling the game as requiring a tutorial.

This game could seemingly go anywhere and I cannot wait to see more! Will come back to as the game grows and I work out more.

If you are going to "Remarster" a game you have to do it right. Two games have been remastered this year and I must admit that this one is a far cry from the quality that I have experienced in the Original Red Faction Guerrilla and when compared to the other remaster game I played earlier in the year.

Firstly! I would like to thank THQ Nordic for doing this and showing faith in a franchise that I admire and enjoy years after its releases. Honestly, I cannot wait to see if they turn out another game or not.

Secondly, let us look at the guerrillas in the room. This was never the most stable of games, but when it had a problem it was never so bad that I've had to alt-f4 not in rage but in total disappointment. This game has been improved in the graphical department to fight the passage of time, but this has ruined some of the most basic game variables…

Various experiences like in a recent mission *Jenkins car flipped* and then you are just on the roof waiting to be shot to death. Alec Mason suddenly ragdolls. Vehicles taking flight for reasons unknown. Damage occurring without reason. “Destroy that building with rockets” Goes for the foundations the roof is still floating in the air… It isn’t exactly an extensive but take your pick, something is wrong, and it feels like as some of them happen consistently they could have been spotted with one play-through.

Now I make my living out of testing software, this isn’t something I want to take up my spare time as well. I am more than happy to compile a list of my findings and send them off to THQ Nordic. But come on! I would really like for new gamers to be introduced into this without issues which even make me want to just uninstall and not persevere.

A game from my childhood that reminds me just how much I loved gaming (Not that I don't anymore, it’s just there haven't been memorable games as of late). This game was and is perfect, the new spin on licenses is a little frustrating but it has given the game an edge that I didn't think possible. Well worth every penny! Now if only I had more spare time to play!

To be honest. I love the francise, the Game is pretty good, the graphics are also pretty good, Story is okay so far. However, the amount of bugs that persist to ruin what content this game has is dispicable, somehow they do more time-based callanges than anything else and these seem to just crash the game or cause it to memory leak.

The AI are so stupid and get caught on almost every setout pathway, getting caught on random bits and not being able to move unless you go to the psygate. Left it for a month to see if it would have atleast fixed the bug I was facing on chapter 4 but NO. This has taught me more than anything NEVER pre-order haha! Should have learnt after Space Marine.

Overall yes, buy it. But only when they have got everything togeather!

Before people say I have a naff PC or something its not too bad, even if it is a Laptop.
