If you're a fan of Reach I'd definitely recommend it. Its a little rough around the edges but that'll definitely get updated as they roll out forge/theater and the following games. I just can't seem to put it down so far. There's really nothing like Halo on the PC that's popular right now so its definitely a breath of fresh air.
