I would like to start this review off with some context. I have emmased over 1200 hours on the first house flipper so i know what im talking about. I have also competed a real life flip witch saw me emass 200,000 euros in profit. Lets start with the story, its a masterpiece. there is nothing on this apart from maybe gta4 and that is pushing it. its brilliant, it will keep you in and hold you with all it has. Ive heard people mumble at the price but just think, is it worth it. my awnser would be yes. yes it is more than worth it. i sugguest that the makers charge more for this art. arts price is depicted on how much it means to the buyer. for me id say $100 even possibly more. This game makes my head hurt if i dont play it and when i close my eyes i see myself painting a wall. The game offers freedom that no one else can offfer and you are really the main role in the story of the flip and trhe developer i would weep for hours if this game did not exist and let me tell you first hand primary reasearch. when i found out a second one was coming out the police had to come to the door because i was too loud with extaticism. When i finally loaded the game up i was filled with a euthoric feeling that i just wont get again.

now the big question. is it better than the first? ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its tough. I will say..... no deal i still have the 100,000 there but there is a 1p box still out there steven. i need some more blues out before i take the deal. I think that sums it up.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! This 'game' is a corporate training sim for flylow airways. I thought this would be what it isn't if you get me. I spend my hard earned money on this awful awful application. This is worse then Realm Royale... I couldn't recommend this game any less this is the worse game on the Steam LLC webstore. I saw this game in my library and though of what life was like when it came out. This game was a meer joke this couldn't happen in real life could it. OH MY GILLY IT DID THIS IS CRAZY. This application on my personal computer warrants an arrest to the makers. Did they find Mr Ryker webb? NO!! They predicted the Wuhan china coronavirus virus?! How? No one knows it's crazy. I owned this game? What?? WHY WOULD I! This "game" (more like shame) is supporting our up and coming youngster with violation and disrespect towards the animals on our earth and I feel sick that this is supported by steam inc LLC! I am a gluten free non dairy consumers (shout-out to ps bio 18-22) and will forever be a vegan activist to save our world! With each animal you slaughter on here just think... That happens in real life. What a shame. Next time you are deviously devouring in a sussy burger just think....

Well who knows how i ended up on the raft but i cant say I dont like being on the raft! Building my little wooden platform into a strong powerful sea vessel is something i though would never be possible but here we are. Let my tell you about life on the raft. BEWARE of the sharks they will attack you and your raft! Make sure to protect your crops from the birds!! Why not give fishing a go!! sure ok... This game is a good one trust me i know for sure you must believe

OH YEUH This is it what a peaceful game.. APART FROM WHEN AN ELEPHANT ESCAPES OH MY LORD IT IS ABSOLUTE CARNAGE! That makes this nice calm zoo building tycoon into a crazy thriller survival game.
