I really like this game. Before I start why. I do have to let you know this game is technically an Early Version on the time of this review.

First of all. This isn’t a simulator, it is a challenging game where you have to build your airspace with radar screens, waypoints, holds and routes while being the air traffic controller on duty.

Why I like it:

The game is challenging. You can adjust the level of traffic from easy to chaos (5 levels of difficulty). This changes the amount of planes to spawn, the difficulty of their heights, the amount of departures, arrivals and overflights. Yes. You hear that right. You actually control overflights!
The game works on a expirience based called RP. The more you have, the more stuff becomes unlocked. The game has no currencies. So once you unlock it, it’s free. Mind that penalties exist te remove RP points.

The newest update on procedures and route helps you automate stuff: give departures a SID you made yourself to avoid terrain or busy airspace’s. Or let inbounds automatically fly on a route when spawning in for a better flow.

The developer is actively working on the game. He listens to all our recommendations and suggestions and adds most of them in the game. Couple of mine got added: The hold information window to show aircrafts in the hold. And the ruler to measure distance. And the increase of speed above fl100.

And if you don’t feel like controlling, why don’t you just rewatch the beautiful replay system showing you your progress with the flights. One of the most statisfying replay feature in any game I’ve ever seen.
Also. The developer made a discord server on my request. I’d really recommend joining it for suggestions and updates.

Overall an amazing game.

Here are a few cons tho:
- game speed is not x1 but x2 or even faster, could love a pro if you like a challenge
-ils isn’t realistic (yet) can only establish one a fixed altitude.
-max game height is fl180 and probably won’t change sadly (altho it could make sense if that’s the airspace upper limit)
-sometimes you’re still a bit limited on recreating real procedures, altho it’s a game and not a sim.
