it's a free to play game, but you get the bg from completing badges, which either require you to buy microtransaction currency, or buy trading cards, or you can probably find the background on the comunity market directly.

i was wondering if there is a way to make a mod that takes resources away from a sector? usually when i play they go to max cap on materials and energy when i could be using the energy to trade for minerals and build more ships.
