Games good, Just a very common bug to have.. ALL OF YOUR PROGRESSION DELETED RANDOMLY WHEN PLAYING.

This games instalation is busted as hell. I've installed it once it said it has installed. I try to open it and it just wont open it had to install it again i have no clue why.. so i gave it the benefit of the doubt and downloaded it again ! Then i get another error about "hi rez launcher has stopped working" and im told to reinstall again ??? You want to be as big as dota and league then get your ♥♥♥♥ together so repetitive when youre trying to play with your friends and you have to install every time you want to play. PLEASE FIX.

I Have no clue what is wrong When i start the game up it Goes to like the Smallest screen size the res. is horrible and you cant read the words at all to change anything someone please help.
