What the hell happened to this game? The mouse acceleration is atrocious, that you cannot turn off by the way, if you get seen I guess they just go full on government funded military raid with .50 cal mounted turret black shieled vehicle that blocks your only exit. SAM ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FISHER CAME OUT OF THE CEILING AND DID SOME TAE KWON DOE ♥♥♥♥ ON ME! Seriously, what happened to this game. All though, Sam Fisher coming out of the ceiling was probably the highlight of my life considering I love that series, but that's not the point.

The point is. This game suddenly became unplayable with it's 500 (exaturated) DLC's that you apparently need to take down these militarized police people. I don't know about anyone else but 5 to 9 dollars isn't worth it for a couple guns each DLC.

I must say, I am disapointed.

Just want to point out I've been playing since 2012 and steam hours are just from the steam client.

Whatever you do don't use the steam client. For some reason it is filled with more bugs than the client from the actual website.

Firefall wise, this game is pretty awesome. I feel bad for the new players though because you only get to choose one battleframe and you can't change unless you pay money or get it to level 40. In the beta you started out with all the accord frames and had to unlock the others.

Gameplay wise it is fun, you can switch between first person and third person, glide around, grind resources, quest, craft, get pets, and play different classes. The crafting system is intense and requires you to "thump" for resources.

Thumping is basically an auto mine feature where you guard the thumping device from constant waves of enemies that get harder and harder the longer you "thump" or mine for resources. This is what you will be doing for a really big portion of the game. The only downside to this is that it can get really redundant and boring. Just take a break and do something else and go back to it!

You can also join other players in thumping and recieve a portion of the resources they are thumping. The bigger the thumper the harder it will be to defend it. It doesn't take away from what the owner of the thumper recieves so dont be afraid to hop in and help. Free xp and resources! Can't complain.

The red beans are the cash shop of the game. Pretty well balanced in my opinion, I think the battleframes are a little pricey at around 15 dollars per frame. Each frame cost 100 beans (or get a frame to level 40). 50 bucks will get you 4 frames (450 red beans) because you get bonus beans for buying in bulk so obviously the more beans you buy the cheaper the frame. If thats all you buy then basically you have bought yourself a game anyways so do your research and pick 4 frames to love. Or just get frames to level 40 and unlock them yourself.

All in all it is fully free to play, no pay to win, fun, and DON'T GET THE STEAM CLIENT! GET IT FROM THE FIREFALL WEBSTSITE!
