It's an amazing indie horror game and for me it was one of the scariest ones that I've ever played.
at some points it wouldn't even stop and there were jumpscares over and over.
the story was good, a little bit confusing but it was pretty good.
one of the things that made this game scary was the sounds, the sound effects was amazing.

it was really short but I can say that I was really scared even for that short amount of time.

this is my 3rd review for this game. first time I didn't rec this because the game just came out unfinished and second time when I saw that they are working on the game I rec this because I thought that it's going to be better, wanted to give them a chance. and now I started playing this again and I Got really disappointed, this game SUCKS.

The game is like if you know how to play survivor (not all of you, even one of you knows it's enough) you will win every single game because the game is soooooo unbalance. killers are just jokes :D they should scare of survivors. let be tell you how so you will win every game too.
let's say that killer is close so you have an speed boost you press shift and let's be honest there is just one killer that can catch up and by that time you are at the door so you can close that so stun him or you miss the stun so you open it back and you stun him :| how amazing is that.
at last you need to change to a prop because you ain't have your speed boost and you are faster as an small prop and you speed boost will be back when you are moving as a prop :| so you run and when the killer is close just jump on his head and you will stun him :| again :| how amazing is that. you can do it as an small prop but big ones are better.
then you just use you speed boost that came back by now and repeat this or if you know that he didn't saw you. just go in another room and change to a random prop. GG EZ every single game.

the fact that the only times that survivors need to change to a prop is that they do it because they are faster in prop and sometimes even faster that the killer or that they just want to stun the killer is soooo broken. as a killer you are just like a dog chasing a bottle that you will never catch.
The fact that the survivors can stun killers as a prop :| they already have a lots of things to stun you with (doors, cameras, bottles) but they can stun you as a killer with just jumping on your head like Super F**king Mario and stun you. it doesn't matter that they are a big prop or small one you will get stun and they will be gone and will change to another prop you have to find them again.
It's easy to see that the game is soooo unbalance even in your first match because survivors have alot and killer ain't have s**t :D

and let me tell you about my 10 games that I played just today. I started 10 games that I choose to play as a killer and in 8 of these games I got survivor :D after 3 mins Q time. in these 8 games that I played I won 7 of them with getting 10 stuns in every game . and even funnier part is that because the game has a dumb skin challenge that you have to win 20 game with one killer. in these 8 games I went against the same killer in 7 of them :D and when I finally got killer in one game they didn't know how to play so the game last for 2 mins and in the other one I was just stunned for days and holding w and being like that dog we were talking about.

ow I almost forgot. there is a new mode in the game that calls keymaster's :D and it's just a mode that show s you there are so many cheaters all over the game :D you can see that players come and get you in just 5 secs without looking at anything else. so yea amazing right :D

A thing that I don't give a F**K about:
There is no reason for me to recommend a game or don't recommend a game because the community of that game is toxic. I even say this in my other reviews being toxic is not something about a game it's about players. you can be toxic in any game out there so be it or you don't want to be toxic so don't be.
now is the community of this game toxic? yes, it's a 4v1 game, of course it is.
Do I like toxic players? no, so I muted my voice chat, BOOM, half of the problem solved. spamming EZ and fart voice just get over with it :D it's the other half.

There are other Things that I don't like about the game Like There is not a unique Character but who cares when the game is not even close to balance.

I gave it so many chances but sorry it's a big fat NO from me.

I'm not a big fan of BR games, definitely not a EA fan either, but I tried and still trying every BR games and about this one I can say that I played this game from day 1 when it launched on Origin. since I'm not a fan I just gave it a try every season.

GOOD THINGS:
* It's free
* Movements and animations are amazing and game is so fast sometimes.
* Characters and stories behind them are so cool, there is no way that you look them and don't like at least one of them.
* Have 3v3 too that I completely don't like it but at least the game have it :D

BAD THINGS:
* Cheaters all over the place but it's Battle royal so what did you expect.
* Bad matchmaking
* It's battle royal

I'm not good in BR games and I don't even think BR games are interesting but not gonna lie I had a lot fun playing this one.
I really love the characters ,their voice lines and animation, every single one of them are amazing. I definitely have a crush on Loba, Mirage is so funny and dumb as well, Caustic is one of the cool ones and really man all of them have something amazing about them. Somehow EA gave us free drugs, give it a shot

Man I just Finished this game and I really don't know what to say I was looking at the screen about 20 minutes and waited for my brain to load!!! :D
I don't remember the last time that a game brought strong emotions to me, I wasn't ready for this!!!

the story was AMAZING! all the things that you had was leaving you with an strong emotion about what you did, there was a lot of shocking moments, it was amazing.

the gameplay at some points was a little boring and annoying but wasn't that much to be a big deal, it was OK.

P.R: 8/10 - Give it a Try

First of all I'm a fan of mortal Kombat or better say that a fan of NetherRealm and I played every game that they made and I had so much fun playing them, but I write a review for this game, not me being a fan.
I wanted to write a review for this game a long time ago but I said let's play more and look more to this game and trust me when I say that it even gets more annoying. Let's look at it:

Good Things:
This game is great if you want to play solo it offers GREAT graphics, a lot of and a good casual experience fighting vs your friends and family

1. Towers Of Time: it is fun you play and unlock skins to customize your Characters. some modifiers are annoying and making them hard but still it is fun to play
   
2. Krypt: it's something like a loot box but it have puzzles and you will spend a lot of time in it for unlocking things an let's be honest it is fun to collect everything that the game have so it makes it fun.
   
3. Character Design: It is F**king Mortal Kombat even if you don't be a fan at least you love one of of them (I don't think there be a gamer who don't like at least Scorpion or Sub-Zero) and guest characters that I think that it's a good thing that they are in the game but I saw players that they don't agree with me. I liked the old game design more they were so much better these character looks looks like that they are cosplaying the old ones but it's still cool.

A thing that I don't know What to Think about it:
Story mode: this game have an story mode that it is fun to play but the problem is the story is sooooo bad :|
it's just think that you a dumb kid that won't understand anything, it is full of sins and things that doesn't make any sense, I personally had fun to play it but I think the story is weak and it is just an offline mode to have fun with it.

Bad Things:
As soon as you play online and more fighting game that makes you understand fighting game, you understand that this game is Trash. let's say that you are a competitive player that love to challenge yourself and take your skills online , this is the worst game ever made for this. even after hours of playing you will lose vs the most random players online, why? because the game is filled with scrub tactics and mechanics.

1. Fatal Blow : once your HP is below 30% the game give you an ultimate move that deal up to 33% by pressing only 2 buttons, this move have armor, push back, and if you miss it you get it after 10 seconds but you can use it ones. so by beating your opponent you reward him by giving him this insane move. it replaced the old X-ray but when you did an X-ray you had to spend all your meters, it means that you had harder time for defense and offense cause you didn't have meter. yes but in this game since it has a dumb meter mechanic you have your meters, so you still can have your options for defense and offense.
   
2. Poke Mashing: lets say your opponent did a combo string and you block it with common logic this should be your turn to hit back (unless if the opponent move was plus frame). in mk11 NO, your opponent can steal your turn by pressing "poke" which are fast normal and can interrupt your move so if you play a character that doesn't have a fast mid to take your turn back you are forced to use poke aswell to take your turn. the dumbest parts is that even when you do a plus frame move they still some how that I don't know how that even make sense, get you with a poke :| even if you do a same poke with the same frame, you get a trad not a turn :D yea amazing game right ??? :D
   
3. Meter Mechanic: in the old NRS games the meters would come from you playing right so you had to spend them for a good thing not just randomly because for getting them you had to do special move or take hits or block that would fill your opponent meter too. in MK11 they will fill after a short time and they are 2 defensive and 2 offensive so if you miss play or play a wrong move, you spend defensive meter for breakaway and getup options you still have offensive meter for do a full combo punish. this game is so forgivable when you play bad and do miss plays because you always have a out of jail card and even punish opponent. and if you burn defensive meter you get armor.
   
4. Getup Options: when you down your enemy it this game he have so many options for getting up, wake up jump, wake up roll, wake up buttons, wake up UP+2, wake up UP+3, delay and more, so you downed him in normal game he have to read your next move in here you have to do that. so your best option is to leave the pressure and make distance or you can read his move that really it is hard to read from 6 or 7 different things, it is risky
   
5. Spamming: let's say that every character can spam something and they win the game. yes you can counter them and win but this is so annoying and even if you win it's not fun. the fun is that they can spam everything and it will be hard to deal with for example scorpion and some more characters can just spam jump back and do random things and win. or spam a poke like DOWN+1 or DOWN+3. yes you can win against the spammers but it is annoying even if you win.
   
6. Zoners: they are in every fighting game and for countering them you have to be a zoner and try to anti-zone or be a character that can teleport to them that if they read you get a full punish or of you are not one of these you have to try avoid those projectiles and get to them. in NRS games Injustice 2 was filled with the Zoners but it was balance because if you get to them they had to deal with your offence and even most of the times the corner. here problem is that all the zoners have teleport or anti-zone move so if you get to them they will teleport to the other side and start zoning again (better say that spamming again)or if you try to send a projectile they will anti-zone you. and the funny part is that is a lot of zoners have crushing blow on there projectiles or plus frame on block with projectile.
   
7. Crushing Blows: this is a worst Idea of the game that give you more damage on conditions but some of them are totally dumb. for example throw is a 50/50 with 13% damage move that he will throw you back or forward and you can tech that with pressing 1 for back throw or 2 for forward throw but if you tech it wrong then next throw will be a crushing blow with 30% damage (something close to a fatal blow :|).

As you can see everything in gameplay parts is dumb and as a fighting game it is not even close to good. but in the design it's amazing.
like I said I'm an NRS fan and I played all the games that they have even the mobile ones (still playing MK mobile). on steam I played this one more than the other ones and I can easily say that I hate the gameplay of this game. for me MKX by far was the best NRS game. if you want an amazing Mortal Kombat 12, it should be MKX gameplay with MK11 Design, it will be amazing.
anyway it is Mortal Kombat so if you are a fan you have to play this one. let's say it is the easiest Mortal Kombat to learn and you can have a lot of fun with your friends and offline. but playing online because the game gameplay is so sh*t you will be playing the worst fighting game that NeatherRealm made.

it's a good game but just for 1 hour after that it's the same thing
I spend 1 hour and 30 mins on this game on free weekend and it is totally enough and I'm not going to play this again
and also it don't have any nice items or skins that make you play to get them
and I have to say it too
this game should be free don't pay for it.
