It's where the .CCD (clonecd) format and everything comes from.
Pretty much all the other standard CD image formats did not save the subchannel data needed for libcrypt protected PS1 games.
I'd love to suggest another program, but legit every piece of alt burning software I found that supported .CCD/.SUB dumps, did not preserve the subchannels needed for libcrypt when you actually burned it, and would burn a coaster as a result.
I personally just use a cracked version, if I can find it in my old downloads, I can upload it to my forum if you're having trouble sourcing CloneCD.
