APEX Legends is a Battle Royale game set in the Titanfall Universe. There's no Titans, no wall running but carries over the wall climbing and sliding from Titanfall (Though slower). You drop into a match with 59 other players and fight it out until you're the last squad remaining. There is no solos mode only Duos and Trios. The gunplay is pretty good though you should expect that from Respawn considering their past history with Titanfall and being the Good Infinity Ward from the MW1 and MW2 days. The game revolves around legends which each have their own abilities though most of them the abilities just give them different options during a fight your aim and tracking is more important so anyone can be viable in most cases.

The game also has crossplay so you can play with people on Origin, Xbox, Playstation and Switch.

The game does have it's issues mainly around it's matchmaking (You'll see complaints about SBMM as it trends people who do decently into the top brackets very quickly but doesn't lower them nearly as fast.) and the tick rate which is 20 ticks a second so expect a few trades here and there.
