I've played Ark for 800 hours now and am still enjoying the game for what it is.

I feel as if the most troubling aspect for new players of the game, in the case of new players, would have to be the fact that they will most likely have new clue what in the hell they are doing!

If you've been interested in buying the game, i would urge you to go onto YouTube and watch SlipGator or another ark youtuber, just so you can get the feel of how ark works. It really is a game that dumps you in blind, says "have fun kiddo", and drives back down the road you came without so much as a 'heads up'.

My point is, dont be put off by the long loading times for servers, or the non-existant tutorial to show u how things work. Every game has it downfalls and these are Arks, try to experience the game for what it is, because trust me, with 800 hours i still havent done half of the content thats provided in the game, the trouble with new players is they cant find that content :/
