Fun game but the servers are mostly dead and it's been the better part of a year since it was last updated by the devs.

-Constant freezing mid match
-Crashing makes playing larger boards and longer games a coin toss
-score isn't tallied up in game the same way it is in the tutorial

In hindsight, it should've been a huge red flag to me that this game was quietly removed from the console market before launch. This is without question the most wonky Fatshark game I ever played, which comes as a shock after two phenomenal Vermintide games. Never mind certain gameplay choices and micro transactions, I might otherwise enjoy this game if it weren't for the following inconclusive list of performance issues:

-Preposterous load times from Menu to Hub Area to Mission. No reason the wait times should be in the 5-10 min range
-Forced AA regardless of settings
-Crashing right before missions start but making you sit through the mission loading
-Crashing mid mission for no discernible reason sometimes several times per mission
-Character model spawning in with missing gear and customization options. My Ogryn often showed up looking like a floating bald head with no eyebrows, hair, or beard over a transparent torso
-music cutting out at random intervals
-even the shops take longer than they should too load their inventory. Speaking of which, it makes no sense that guns and melee weapons cost almost 3 times less than the ogryn cosmetics that are usually just plain tank tops, combat fatigues, and boots
-occasional missing animations in attacking, shooting, reloading, and, in the hub area, basic walking and running

As a big 40k fan, I want to like this game, but as it is, playing a few missions on the hope that the technical issues get ironed out is more trouble than its work. This game didn't need a 2 month delay, it needed IMO at least another half a year in the oven for QA testing. Given Fatshark's typical pedigree, this game is an embarrassment.

If anything, It demonstrates that valve is still capable of creating good story driven single player games.... Now if only they would actually do it

Risk like game...

Im not a big fan of Risk. While there are some cool ideas at work here i found the game to be quite dull

Bought this to support the dev and because i want dev to be happy. Love is out there and you'll find it someday
