Il migliore della serie Tropico. Prende tutte le cose buone del terzo capitolo e le affina rendendolo un capolavoro. La campagna di 20 missioni è coinvolgente e ben realizzata. L'espansione "modern Times" oltre ad aggiungere nuove strutture, aggiunge anche 15 missioni alla campagna principale rendendolo più longevo.

Se giocato in singolo fa abbastanza pena, anche se in questi ultimi aggiornamenti lo hanno migliorato notevolmente...
lo consiglio solo a chi si vuole fare quattro risate con gli amici in giro per i server :D
