Amazon says there is no automated ban system. And I believe that. They wont say it if it wasnt true, cause there always is a whistleblower.
BUT: They do not check any reports ... cause at the moment there are much to much of them.
So they do a trick. They just assume, if more then lets say, 10 ppl report the same person, then the person gets baned without any check or validation.
Thats in the end the same as an autoban
