Is it good? Kinda
In my opinion this game is super overhated, but indeed has a lot of flaws
Still enjoyable racing game, way better handling than 2015, comparable to heat
Would recommend at least giving a chance

If you want to play this, then PLEASE buy this on console, 30fps cap in this game is ubearable, you can unlock fps but it makes some event buggy and some can't be completed.
buy with this in mind, good luck
