wow this is one of the best Survival Craft games i've played for a while now, legit one of the unique amongst this genre. i can say for certain that if u like survival craft game especially something like Ark, u will also enjoy Palworld. the monster capture, the world building and maps, the abilities and uniqueness of each pal's, the game progression, and so much more that i like a lot from this game.

mind you it is still a bit rough here n there with the bugs, some feature are not complete/perfectly executed well or fleshed out yet,and other issues like lil bit lack of QoL for some features and some other small things.

well since this game is not fully released yet but the devs do actively fix the problems that players encounter in game atleast once or a few month. with more updates and better QoL+features, this game will absolutely be one of the best Multiplayer survival craft up there with the rest of the other like Ark, Rust, etc. the game is very easy to learn and you can also play single player with no problem if u wanted to play alone but playing with friends really increase the fun and enjoyment you can have in this game.

and lastly lest be real here, we all know what this game inspires and takes it theme from. but Pocketpair actually went and go beyond with what this genre of pocket monster battle have always been by combining different game genre and not afraid on taking a more mature+edgier theme & humor into the game, instead of it just being the classic family friendly and wholesome themed pocket monster Battle

so the fact that Nintendog are malding that Pocketpair are actually being innovative and advanced with the Genre that give them the popularity they have now, says everything you need to know about the current Nintendo. so take notes Nintendo and the Fanboy, there are benefits of being innovative and not being lazy with ur game instead of recycling the same format and concept over and over again.

if u hate the BS and Anthics Nintendo have been putting to their fans and especially to Palworld community this past years, go buy this game to spite them even further. rather than improving their games Nintendog instead use their money to shutdown competitors in court, they don't wanna compete by improving the quality of their games and that is what they're doing to be the big guy of this genre and monopolize it

such a wholesome and relaxing game, this is basically the game that can let u release all ur stress and relax from life, simulating living urself as a Farmer on Stardew Valley
u can play this game Solo and even with ur friends

i've played the old Harvest moon Entries and this game is basically the same as it in all of the aspect
but Stardew is way more polished and expanded in terms of gameplay loop and the world

there a tons of stuff you can do as a Farmer starting from Growing ur Crops. fishing, taking care of Farm Animals like Chicken, Cows, Pigs,etc and even explore the mines cavern to gather some Stone, ores and even Gems while also digging some ancient Artifact to collect for the Museum to keep

just like HvM it also comes with different Seasons and unique events

while u live ur self as a farmer, the village around you also felt alive with all kinds of event & Activity
witness many npc living their life, doing their work, interacting with them
all of them have their own stories and problems and even very own special cutscene with us the player
also to mention that you can also Date and even marry some of those marriage candidate villagers
and have kids with them

expanding ur socials with those villagers also get u to know more about their life, knowing more about what they love, like and dislike and in exchange they also will become more friendly with you, sending u messages through the mails, sending gifts and even cooking recipes for u to learn and even some specific villager give a special benefits to the world and ur farm

the game also have Main Quest that tells a story about the World of Stardew Valley, showing u the village background and struggles, the secret of the mountains and the woods of Stardew, and even some Fantasy related stuff like Witch, Monsters, Mermaid and the Junimos the magical Creature similar to the Dwarf from Harvest moon

overall this game is really good and chill, definitely worth if u want a relaxing and chill gaming experience

and also not to forget, Mods!
this game have a really good mods! and most of them are really easy to install and will greatly enchance ur experience with the game. many mods such as quality of life stuff, adding new npc's, new crafting & machine object, and even mods that are expanding the world by adding more locations!

mods such as SV Expanded & Ridgeside village are one of the notable one that expand not only the map of the game but also add a bunch of new npc's, new village, new crops and fishes, and also comes with its own unique quest and stories,basically legit felt like a DLC for the game ngl

but still even without mods this game is still amazing on its own
so yeah 100% recommended !

some people said that Starbound is similar to Terraria
to an extend yes i can agree on a few part regarding that (mostly on visual)
but honestly Starbound is actly different from Terraria

i will say playing Vanilla, Starbound is prty boring
u play as a Space Traveller/Survivor surviving from a catalyst that happen after a ceremony
u can explore the stellar system, explore the planets, forage, loot and even break and get the Terrain blocks from that planet for u to collect with many purposes, this loot from each different type planet can be used to craft items and weapons, and some even required to advance ur Gear

u also have mechs that can be tweaked like changing the weapon, chassis/body, gear, colors, etc
but most of the time u use mechs only on space area, with purposes of traveling to a space system/zone like a friendly/hostile spaceship, ruins, ancient area and some specific Zone
the mechs can be used on planets too but it is not recommended with how some of the Terrain on the map is and what's the point of using mechs if u still need urself to explore to the deeps underground of the planet anyway to mine minerals and extract some fluids

after a while, this basic gameplay loop will absolutely feel boring and become bland bcz of how repetitive it is the planets u go will even feel empty (not to mention some of it are copy paste)

the story is not engaging and interesting, u can easily lose interest on it prefers to do something else instead
the world building despite how huge it is feels empty and not much to do in it

combat is also a jank, akward and sometimes feel weird
also when u reach endgame that fun of combat is gone bcz u basically have nothing to fear since ur enemy will atleast die in 1-2 attacks for melee and easily shredded with ranged guns

however modded Starbound tho :
with mods from workshop, the game can finally feel enjoyable and fun
with some of those mods adding like more races to the galaxy, more gears and weapons, more factions, and even better gameplay mechanic and system

i would recommend to play this game with mod rather than vanilla cuz it is really the only thing holding this game on its feet. for starter u should get "Frackin Universe", it will introduce a better progression system and mechanic to the game so u don't feel bored and make u actly need to do lots of stuff to progress
it add more ingredient and materials required for crafting, more mechanic and method for u to get some of this materials & minerals, add more Planet & Solar system Threats like adding more natural/cosmic disaster
to the planets like Hot & Cold Planet with its own dangerous temperature and even planet with heavy gravitational level that the pressure it gave will crush you

overall Starbound is an interesting game with many missed oppurtinity and possibility
i will say go give it a shot and if u wanna be more invested, go mod the game

well.. knowing what happen to the development of this game its no suprise how it end up like this

The True Best Zombie Horde Shooter experience and u will definitely not get bored playing this game

comes with 4 difficulty from Easy to Expert, with Expert being the most hard experience
small normal infected will turn from bag of meat to actual threat during a horde

really really fun to play with friends and will require actual teamwork when u play on harder maps and difficulty, but still even if ur bad with shooter games, this game is still enjoyable & fun on normal difficulty

also not to forget : STEAM WORKSHOP !
u can mod this game to be the most serious and scary zombie horde shooter ever
or to be the stupidest & goofy experience ever lmao
ranging from changing ur Character model, weapons model, and even the infected models, also some other stuff like changing the sfx and all that
u can turn the horde into bunch of fall guys, turn ur ak 47 into a chicken or cat, make ur character into a stupid meme character or hot anime women lol
the choices is in ur hand with the Steamworkshop for L4D2

overall really great game! even if u don't really have friends would still be a great experience to play solo!

this game is unbearable and unbalanced for 2 reason:
Grenade Launcher and Shot Storm Shotgun on a Deathmatch mode with owned Loadout

why is it unbearable?
1st of GL is literally explosion weapon that u can prty much spam easily destroying everyone
next is Shot Storm a shotgun that somehow can 1 shot u from across the map (well technically mid range but still..)
so yeah expect to see both of this weapon show up on prty much every single match u have on deathmatch mode later on

overall this game is not bad,it has some wacky gun and crazy dual mode lmao
the movement is prty janky but the speed is absolutely insane and the fact u can jump around and vault everywhere possible is really fun

still the balancing with those 2 weapon will ruin everyone experience

would say to give it a shot but would not recommend honestly
unless ur ok with unbalanced weapons then go ahead

must have DLC for MHW. 50% of the full content of this game is locked in this DLC prty much, and its absolutely worth it. more monsters, stronger gears,weapons, and armors, and more weapon moves to learn.
(i only recommend to get it on Sales/discount tho so u don't waste too much on it regular price)

advise for new player that are planning to play this game, you won't regret reading this:

1. if you planning to actually dive deep and enjoy this game to its finest, Do not use the Defender Gears and weapons, use the actual monsters armors and weapons since that is prty much the true big part of the game, Making powerful gears and managing the skills to hunt stronger monsters.

if u just wanna go fast straight to DLC tho? well i guess just use the Defender Gears (FYI: Defender Gears gave u the high stats and dmg that prty much scales up way too far for the base game, so yea ur prty much accelerating the base game story progress way to quick if u use this equipment, bcz of how strong it is which is reasonable for reaching Iceborne quicker).

2. try to enjoy the game first. i know the fainting and grinding for gears can be prty tiring but trust me its very rewarding and the constant hunting and re hunting the same monsters is indeed the fun part of the game (i remember back in base game i kill 20 Black Diablos in a day with charge blade just for its rare twisted Horn drop and only got like 4 lmao)

there are 14 weapon types in mhw all with different playstyle and moves from Melee to Ranged. so pick a weapon, try it on the training ground and see which one do u like more that fit ur style and gameplay!

3. BUY the Iceborne DLC. since 50% of the full content of the game is locked in there (i know 2x, such a boomer right but the same goes to MH RISE too and MH have always been like this with Extra Content). but i assure you its VERY worth it to get the DLC. more monsters, new stronger weapons and gears, more equipments, more weapon moveset and skills and finally ofcourse the Endgame Content
(i especially really recommend to get this on Discount).

4. if u wanna play good and actually learn the game, DO NOT SOS until you hit a wall on the monsters hunt and it became frustrating to you. back in base game i don't even know online session existed lol, but yea i used to count atleast 10x failed hunt 1st until i finally decide to SoS. so try to the learn the mechanic, the weapons, the monsters move, and all the aspect of the game.

This is proly my biggest advice for you, LEARN TO HUNT/FIGHT cuz if u keep SOS ing ur way to iceborne and to endgame, ur prty much going to struggle bcz ur lackness of ability to survive a hunt and fighting, and most importantly you will likely immediately dropping the game bcz u don't get the true experience of hunting in Monster Hunter cuz people keep doing it for you. especially if YOU are the type of person who easily get bored and drop games quickly.

5. DON'T BE AFRAID TO JOIN AN ONLINE SESSION. you can ask for advice and help to the people there on online sessions! no worry MHW Community is very friendly and most of the time we always help each other, neither its learning a weapon, skills, hunting or even progressing ur Quest. also don't be afraid to die/faint on a hunt bcz most 999 like me or even any veteran hunters will understand and won't be mad and scold you :D

if u wanna try to enjoy the game and actually learn i can also help you to tell the way :) hit me up if u wanna hunt together!

6. this is for items management, GRAB ANY MATERIALS YOU SEE IN THE MAP. this is very important for starters, because you gonna need a lot of stuff if u wanna make some useful items like healing, Buff potion, traps, flash pod, and even for some Armors and Weapons. so pay attention to the materials and see what u need for crafting cuz lots of it will still be useful till Endgame!

oh yea, also try to understand what items do to you, cuz some of it will highly beneficial to you and the weapon ur using, like dash juice is very good for Stamina related weapons for example.

7. lastly, Just enjoy the flow of the game. no need to hasten everything, MHW progression is supposed to be slow so its fine to take some times hunting lots of monsters, understanding the game and strengthening your Gears. so just do ur hunt, learn the weapons, understand the mechanic, and continue the Story :)

there's more that i can say for new players tbh but i think this 7 point is probably some of the important stuff that i can say to you, so yeah see you in hunt Hunters!

grab stick, make spear, kill absolutely everything

this is one of the best Zombie games tbh, Left 4 dead aspect with more difficult and complexity on the games. gotta think twice everytime u wanna do something before something dumb happen lol. Zombie survival with low resources and ammo? now thats a challenge
