I played the entire demo myself. There were obvious bugs and things that need to be fixed, like how the carousel in the beginning moves and you don't move with it. However, this was still a very SOLID demo and has some good jump scares and nice amounts of action, little puzzles and thinking to be done throughout the whole demo which was making me want to explore more and brought me to wanting to replay Bioshock. I enjoyed every moment of it and I think you would to so I 100% recommend checking out this demo yourself and picking up a copy on release!

OH, I 100% had no issues with frame drops or any stuttering or anything like that. I have a NVIDIA 4070 Super.

The only reason reason Im leaving a negative review is because this game will NOT work with an XLR mic hooked up to a Focusrite 4th gen Solo audio mixer USB-C. I have tried for WEEKS to get this to work, I used to play with a blue yeti mic the was USB-B and it worked fine with it but now that I got an XLR mic it will not detect audio. but it DOES detect the mic and the mic works fine in discord and every other single game, Triple A studio games and indie games. I have tried messing with all my audio settings on my windows 11 PC, I have also tried installing Voicemeeter and the Digital VB Cable after a video recommendation to try getting this to work. The game detects my webcam mic and takes audio from it AGAIN USB-B type which is what my blue yeti was.... which I'm going to get out of my storage unit tomorrow to test if this game only will not detect USB-C type Mics... and then I'll post an update about that. Im suspecting it's an issue with USB-C type cables.

Besides this insanely ridiculous issue, the games fun as hell, theres nothing else like it thats as good. I would highly highly recommend otherwise.

This is easily the most addicting most fun I've ever had in any RPG. This is a souls like game but its also a MASSIVE open world game. An area to hard for you? Adventure somewhere else and level up, use the internet to learn how to level up or strengthen your character if needed but don't quit. This game is literally the most fun I've had in a video game in YEARS. By far my favorite single player game of all time.

I'm a huge horror game fan. I played dead space 1, 2, and 3. and Callisto Protocol is so damn similar. Everything from the combat to the dismemberment of the limbs however the Biophage are much much more punishing than the necromorphs and much more intelligent because well... this is now released in 2022 as opposed to dead space coming out Oct. 2008. Sure as you saw in many of the negative reviews people crying about optimization issues. Sure, its frustrating I understand. but this game has already had the fix for that issue rolled out in less than 24 hours of the release. The game is absolutely amazing. Im 10 hours in now and loving every moment. Theres non stop horror and eeriness all the time and not only is the game scary but the games hard at the same time and I love it. Im playing the game on the medium difficulty and You could have fooled me that it was on hard mode cause even resources are hard to find lol. but heck its so much fun and I really feel like im fighting to survive constantly. Afterall its a horror game so thats what you want. Also, the graphics blood and gore is top notch and the kill animations from the biopahge when they perform a finishing kill on you... there so many different styles of death animations that once you feel like youve seen them all theres more and MORE. This game is literally the horror game ive been wanting SINCE I first ever play Dead Space 1 and Resident Evil 4 just much more violent and disturbing in all the best ways you want to see in scary games. I cant wait to experience more and more and hope to god they come out with amazing dlc in the future and a second game in the far future. I can't stress this enough. If you're going to play this game make sure to put it on DirextX11 and run the benchmark a few times to adjust your settings accordingly but you need to play this game and binge the hell out of it cause hot damn its worth it and so damn amazing! <3

this game has crash on me a million times in the last 14 hours and then oblivion crashes on my friend constantly. the old ports suck.

So, I was hesitant on buying this game. One of my bestfriends gifted it to me and one of my other friends. This game has A LOT of GOOD jump scares. and they're a bit different and unexpected each time. I highly recommend this game. It's a lot of fun and very different from other ghost hunting games. There's nothing bad I have to say about this. You seriously need to check it out.

There's many bugs I feel you may or may not know about that still need to be fixed. To name a few, My friend and I have noticed the ghost will linger outside by the RV/Van. I'm not sure if that is intentional or not. Also, theres many many times where I can hear the heart beat or see the ghost itself but my friend cannot. If makes the game play very weird. I'm not sure if thats intentional but maybe something you wanna fix. The ghost on every map always appears to be in the same place and it doesnt move much around the house either and if it does its only by the front of the house and won't move around the whole setting of the house. Also, it appears when things happen on one persons screen that again the other players can't see it. We can't see the ghost moving the same as eachother on both screens. We ahve discord open and one person sees something different than the other. Also, if I throw everything on the grow in the lab before leaving our "home base" my friends cant see me throwing everything either. I can't save any controls I change on my keyboard. When I open the game back up I need to change my controls again. Also, When selecting the game resolution and how many Hertz I want like 1920x1080 143Hz. It won't let me save those settings as well. I think the game has massive potential but theres a ton that needs to be fixed and added.

I on longer recommend this game. It used to be my all time favorite. I could play hours n hours n hours day after day. BUT WOW Behavior is trying to keep the game alive but killing it at the same time. You will NEVER get rid of tunneling killer or camping killers so you make it that much harder for survivors to escape with friends. This went from being my all time favorite to probably one of my least favorite games which sucks because this game helped me more than I can explain. Thanks for killing the game you made almost perfectly imperfect Behavior but still fun to everyone just trying to have a good time <3

I really enjoyed this game. It is a different kind of horror game and actually kinda hard and you must work together with a friend or friends. The mannequins you can shine your lights on to keep away but the guys with the glowing eyes you must hide in the shadows. Its a hard game to get a hold of but actually a lot of fun once you understand it and always a little scary and keeping you on your toes. I would highly recommend giving this game a chance and learning it before giving an opinion on it, My friend and I just played it and streamed it for 3 hours and died many times but even after every reset kept giving it a go and its a lot of fun trying to work with a friend. Big thumbs up and can't wait to play again later and try to get further in the game.
