- Ingredientes (para 4 panquecas) -

1 Chávena de Farinha
1 Chávena de Leite
1 Ovo
1 Pitada de Sal

- Modo de preparação -

1. Misture bem todos os ingredientes e bata com a varinha mágica, até não existirem grumos de farinha.

2. Numa frigideira pequena e antiaderente, coloque um colher de chá de manteiga e deixe derreter.

3. Em seguida, coloque uma concha (das pequenas) de massa e assim que fizer bolhas à superfície, vire e cozinhe a panqueca do outro lado.

4. Repita o processo até esgotar a massa.

5. Sirva as panquecas quentes, simples, barradas com manteiga, doce, mel ou, a gosto.
