I like the quality of life and customization. It makes house rule accessibility really nice.
However, this will only apply if you own the available DLCs.

This game is also compatible with the Googleplay App and can be integrated - it is a little difficult as there is no official guide on "how to" beyond making sure your Steam and App emails are the same. I do plan on getting more expansions, eventually.

I think this version of Dominion is exceptional as it shows how cards can synergize with other.
There is also daily challenge mode, where you get one chance to sight a group of cards and hope you can get beat the AI.

The art style is very cute.
Fairly short game, but nothing to hold you back from enjoying it.

Definitely one of my favourite board games, so glad a digital copy does everything I dread when it comes to completing the game: Scoring farms!

Other interesting optional features: showing territory ownership, showing remaining tiles, and highlight possible tile placement.

The first two could add some degree of "easiness" or new meta...since it is relatively hard to play to such a degree in person, but you may turn them if want an authentic experience.

I am tentatively checking "Received for Free" because I never actually bought it, but it ended up in my Library.

There is a warning that this game is not for the faint of heart and that is 100% true. It has some tough moments, which resonate a lot. I imagine they will resonate even more for those who are very empathetic.

This game was awesome. I am a big fan of Daedalic, especially for their storytelling between many different developers and this is a game that shouldn't be swept under the rug as a "walking simulator".

It gets intense in some points but is very straightforward. No gimmicks or scares.

The only things that are bothersome:
- the cutscene between crawlspaces, it was amazing the first few times...can get so clunky and really take you away from the game.
- getting 100% achievements will require a guide...which I think ruins the experience of the game. OR will require multiple playthroughs, which as stated above may be tough. From what I recall there is no chapter select...so if you missed something on one night, you need to replay the game until that point. So if you have FOMO or a "Get-100-percent" kinda person, I envy your ability to play this more than once.

That being said, as for the end, I am so glad that I was given a choice.
This is a wonderful game and want to thank the developers for making such an interesting game.

This was one of the more interesting puzzle-platformers I've played.

It was short and sweet and worth the try when on sale.

Creative in style and puzzle solving.

Hearing the mixed reviews I decided to go in moreorless blind.

I had a wonderful time playing the game (chapter 13 fix or not).

There were a handful of mechanics I never learned and some I saw but never mastered, this never once hindered my ability to play the game.

I am beyond excited to start the DLC episodes and the NG+ with Noctis, Ignus, Gladio, and of course Prompto!

This was a solid game for sale price.

Pros
  • Cat simulator 2014
  • Logic puzzles
  • Easily rewarded for exploration
  • Do not need to find everything in order to complete any puzzles...most of the answers will be the first few clues needed.

    Cons
    • too many "puzzles", where you can easily haphazardly guess the answers.
    • AI voices were swapped. A lot. You willl take possession of people and mostly hearing a brief conversation, you can also listen to their personal thoughts. A lot will not be relevant to the conversation. A lot will also not even have consistency with the voice actors.

Game had ups and downs, but I don't think has much reason for replaying it to 100% completion.
14 hours is all my playthrough took for ~85% collectables and campaign.

First-person Puzzle Platforming
Noticed that not a lot of people have played this game (i.e. video or text walkthroughs and guides)
I want to be thorough with my review but I'll have to check back later if and when I can.
I am currently on the Fire level doing their gauntlet of "new ability" - making temporary platforms...it is heinous. Probably the biggest difficulty curve I've seen in a game. Just due to the fact there is little checkpoints. Right after you get the ability there is 1 checkpoint but 2 objectives...there should a handful of other checkpoints because just parkour challenging the way to the top of the mountain with these platforms in such close proximity is too much. It is easier for me to straight up kill myself than climb all the way through the dungeon to get back to the first platform (assuming I lived the fall).

    Pros:
  • Very pretty on the Unity 4
  • Story is simple
  • Characters are well voice-acted

    Cons:
  • Some glitching - stuck in walls due to incredulous momentum, falling a certain way makes you invincible to environmental hazards like lava and cacti
  • There are little checkpoints - so save frequent and often, use all your saved token-things...because you are going to hate losing them when you die. You may die a lot.
  • Sometimes the objectives are clearly layed out, it may be "just above" but likely also a few walls over and with no map you can get lost easily.
  • There was lots to look at, but the game was too spread out...and with minimal music it definitely had its eerie and quiet moments of just empty.

I should only be around 1/3-1/2 completion thus far...and I'd say the game is punishing but fair. I'd recommend if you were into Mirror's Edge, Portal, creative exploration of Dying Light.

This is one of the few "multiplayer games" my friends without computer enjoy playing with me.
