Hey! I do still play but not via Steam. And I stopped posting on the Steam discussions because moderators banned me on the regular forum for trying to help other players. I got fed up with their stupidity and careless attitude. Anyway, sent you a friend request in case you wanna talk. o/

Hey not sure if I can be bothering you or if you aren't even playing TERA anymore but every thread I found so far and on every forum I checked you seemed the person to go to with launcher problems. Since today I'm unable to log in (after playing half day) deinstalled the launcher, reinstalled from steam, deinstalled again just to currently reinstall the gameforge launcher for the 3rd time.

I already checked your (?) video on launcher issues but sadly it didn't seem to fix my problem.

Error message is: Notification center caught unhandled exception: Cannot call method 'done' of undefined

But who knows what happens after reinstalling it again :(

Hi! I've tried all your fixes, nothing worked, this is the error in full: Termination Code 273: SLS error. Server list cannot be retrieved or contains errors.

Hey, bad_boy! Sorry but I kinda don't remember errors by heart. :D Tell me what's it about and I can comment.
Nvm though, I checked the ones I had written down.
Look at my launcher video and check your hosts file. Make sure it's as clean as a baby's bottom. Also, make sure no anti-virus/firewall (including browser add-ons) is blocking TERA.
