So this one time I was driving down the road with a buddy of mine. It was night and we had a meeting the next day with our company. There was also a company car inspection during the meeting so we couldn't just carpool. Well, on the way we managed to hit a deer. It all happened in slow motion...... I pointed at one and he pointed at another and it was only when we were headed straight for the one that I was pointing at did we realize there's TWO deer. We hit one going 60 miles per hour and it was just under the passenger headlight. We hit it in such a way that it's head whipped around and slammed the passenger door, sending it into a frisbee-like flight at high speeds along the road. As my buddy slowed the car down, I looked to the right out the window and saw the deer still in air keeping up with our deceleration in that same frisbee free fall. We finally stopped and I got to watch as the lifeless body of this beautiful creature just flopped onto the grass and proceeded to roll until coming to a complete stop just beside the passenger tire. I hopped out to confirm the kill and sure enough, it was dead, as hitting something going 60mph tends to do. I nudged it a few times before grabbing its hind legs and dragging it into the taller grass. I inspected the damage with my buddy and surprisingly we only had a small dent under the headlight. None on the passenger door. Well, we still had a room to get to and a meeting to attend in the morning so off we went.

Now this all happened in the span of 5 seconds. From sight to impact to touchdown.

Later, We called and reported the incident to our vehicle coordinator to which he replied "Well, was it a guy or a girl?" "Confirmed kill was a mother sir." "Well, less points for you I guess. Someone else holds the record at a 4 point."
