Hi there! I found your 'Starsky & Hutch runtime error' post in 'Off Topic' and I saw you did not get a solution.
I am currently playing the game too and I encountered the same problem. Scanning the system files and repairing .NET Framework 3.5 helped me to finish the problematic missions once, but then you need to do it again if you want all tokens or car keys.
