Actually got so bad, I stopped playing it. Even if it's technically the first game with more features, it somehow feels less.

There is way less free roam compared to the first one. As in, you are only allowed to go one single direction in some places when previously you could pick several directions to reach your destination. They also removed beggars which to me felt needless and pointless.

And the missions started out just fine at first, but got so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying after a while (when the night missions + delivery/fetch missions begun). I understand that more walkers show up at night and the flares are supposed to distract them, but the flares never worked and you have to kill 20 zombies per minute because they just keep respawning more every second.

Eventually it got so unbearably annoying that it just wasn't fun playing anymore. Real shame since I loved the first one so much. I do get there are supposed to be more zombies in the sequel since you get more powerful weapons/tools such as the chainsaw and grenade launcher. But at the same time, I do want to be able to move a few steps without being attacked/interrupted.

Survive 1000 days or something idk

- 18 months after release and is still a broken, unstable, buggy mess.
- First time in years where I skipped almost every cutscene in a game, I haven't played before (trash story).
- Unobtainable collectibles after beating the game which is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupidest thing ever.
- Worst/most pointless achievements in a video game (to the point where I just gave up on it).
- DL points.
