Really solid and mind blowing physics puzzle experience. Even when the game doesn't present much of a challenge, the infinite areas are crazy to look at and travel through. Also, some of the smaller rooms hold really tight and well designed puzzles. However, the game sometimes feels like more of a proof of concept than a fully fleshed out game. Also, there are only a few mechanics introduced besides the main gravity/infinity concept, and they get old pretty fast. This makes the first half of the game stronger than the second half. Being short definitely works in the game's favor for this reason. On top of this, some of the larger scale puzzles (pretty common later in the game) are hard to fully look at/ get a concept of due to the limited first person perspective, but I suppose this is part of the challenge.

That being said, if you think you'll like it based off the store page, chances are you'll really enjoy it.

8/10

The best way to describe this game is calling it a minimalist metroidvania. The best part of the game is the bosses, and the areas rock as well. Big recommend for fans of the genre.

Great Metroidvania! Has very well designed exploration and interconnected levels. The upgrades are unique enough and rewarding as well. The biggest downfalls are dumb bosses (they all look cool but suck to fight) and movement associated with the teleport ability you get a bit more than halfway through the game. I make a lot of small adjusting movements in games like this and that results in me accidentally double tapping and teleporting off ledges or into enemies. It really should have been its own button, I hope other devs learn from this mistake.

I don't understand the overwhelmingly positive status this game holds. Cannot recommend it for a number of reasons:

1. The runtime for the game is incredibly short for a metroidvania. I finished the base game in less than 5 hours, and this includes some idling time.
2. The level design is very dull, with only a few platforming ideas explored and an uninspired level layout (especially for a metroidvania) that has you go to location A to get key to open location B for every single level (and only 5 levels on top of this).
3. Other than the bosses, the combat is very cheesable with the time stop mechanic. The only difficulty outside of boss fights comes from artificially difficult platforming sections that are over littered with enemies. This is more annoying than challenging, but thankfully only appears in the last level.

The bosses are the only redeeming aspect of this game in my mind, so if you only care about good boss fights and money isn't a factor, go for it. Other than that, the game is very skeletal.
