When ideas are challenged by others, SrBraam listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. With a supervisor checking for occasional spelling, grammar and style errors, SrBraam can produce business correspondence and reports of acceptable quality. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective. Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes SrBraam fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible.
