Usually I don't make many reviews on here but since I got nothing better to do and my interest in this game is currently at it's peak there is no better time to make a half decent review for the game then now.

Terraria is the type of game where there is a lot too it where once you get invested into the game you won't stop playing it for a while until you get stuck and eventually just decide to lose interest since the games pace can feel very tiring and stale if you don't know what you're doing which does create a problem foir some players. It's probably one of the more creative games out there as well since bad graphics doesn't always mean a game can't still be creative just like how outstandings graphics which make some mediocore character designs look better doesn't always equal creativity. Even if the formula does seem quite basic and straight foward at times where you slowly find ways to either discover or build harder and harder bosses which leads you to get access to items that will give you the ability to craft upgraded versions of some weapons you pretty much already have but worse. They still manage to do it correclty where you're stil addicted to finding better bosses, items, weapons, and ore which is something you have to somewhat admire about the game even if you're just a random ♥♥♥♥ poster reading this review for some reason despite hating the game. I would go on more about the postivies but most of the postivies are about clear as day and the postivites have already gotten beaten down by all of these reviewers enough where the game is overly addictive especially with friends (which I recommend playing with since it makes it form into a decent expierence to a way better than decent expierence) where you have a simple basic format that you can be very creative with while also having as much enjoyment running throughout throughout the land while making progress in the game. So with that fact in mind I am gonna dive into the negatives because it hasn't been nearly as beaten down by other reviewers.

Like I breifly stated before when it comes to the early game or sometimes in general when you don't know what you're doing the game can get stale quickly where you may just start to lose interest, especially if you don't have many side type missions or goals you can complete to spend your time with instead over the current main goal at hand. This comes into play even more when you're stacking up to fight a boss but you don't have the fire power to do enough to actually win the battle so you're forced to either get way better at the game which even then usually isn't enough or spend more chunk of your time finding stuff to actually give you a realistic chance at beating that boss. As for the good news this becomes a lot less of a problem once you start heading into mid-game where there is a larger variety of things you can do which sometimes can lead to you finding more accessories, tools, and weapons either intentionally or unintentionnally. When it all comes down to it considering in all of these negatives the biggest drawback to the game is that it doesn't do too much to buy you in when it comes to the early game but clearly that doesn't matter sales wise too much since the game is very successful so it was still enough for people to continue giving the game a chance since for a lot of people the fact there is so much variety to the game itself along with how creative you can be with it, it helps keeo some people invested.

Positves:
+Great Multiplayer Game
+Unique Bosses
+Ideal Sandbox Game Expereince
+Doesn't try to suck up your money
+Some nice visuals for a game that doesn't try to sell you on it's graphics
+Large unique variety of weapons, items, accesories, and tools
+Tons of room for building creativity
+Good replayability
+Decent amounts of things you can spend your time doing at points in the game

Negatives:
-Slow pace can suck the life out of you early game.
-Isn't nearly as enjoyable to play when playing single player to where it will still be a decent expierence but there are some other games you would rather be spending your time on.
-Inventory slots get filled up with annoying irrelevant items way too quickily when mining where you're constantly having to dump those items so you can have some free room (more of a nitpick then a major complaint).
-Can get tiring and stale especially early game if you don't know what you're doing.

Overall I would give the game around an 8.1/10 since the fact the games enjoyment falls off a lot when you aren't playing with friends in all honesty takes away from the game a little bit. I would usually a long detailed final verdict on my exact thoughts but I feel like I have captured my thoughts well enough to where I can just say. It's one of the best sandbox games out there where there is a lot more too it and a lot more enjoyment you can get out if it if you either play with friends or can overlook the games slow start which is something that comes natural to a lot of games.

A quite enjoyable game despite not having many options. I feel like there little things that could improve this game quite well however for the price it's for sure not a bad buy as it's a decent deal for the price it was put at.

Positives
+Nice Special Effects that make the game look more eye popping
+Well done art
+Very addictive
+Easy to learn
+Very smooth and fast gameplay with it also not being too fast
+Not buggy at all

Negatives
-Nothing to really do outside of the main mode in the game/no other big modes
-Lack of multiplayer option
-No local leaderboard when you want to compare your scores or when your friends play and see how they ranked up against your score (They could add in the 3 letter name option like they had in old school games and arcade games where you can put in the first 3 letters of your name or something else of course to see how your irl friends compare to your score)

However these negatives are manily just things that could be added to the game to make it change from a decent arcade game to something a bit bigger but nothing within the game itself that actually makes the game worse as these are just things the game doesn't have that it would've been nice to add which is why overall I recommended it since it does everything right of what it is meant to be a cheap well polished acrade style shooter game that's not supposed to be a gigantic project. So I suggest you get it for the price if you want something to play once in a while when you are bored.

So in my first review I didn't even attempt to actually put effort in it and I didn't even spell my crap right but I decided to eventually atually give this game a real review.

Spent a lot of time on this game in my earlier days of steam despite my laptop being horrible at least for this game. I got something going after a while as I only did 1v1 then I realized that 1v1 is boring compared to the other ones tbh also if I lose when not doing a 1v1 then I can blame my teammates cause that's what everyone does in this game that has a big ego.

This was when I actually started getting good at the game and also around the time where people slowly started to see trading as 95& of the game and really only played just so they could get more items to possibly trade even more. Then I eventually started to get bored of it unlike most people who play this game as most people didn't even care about playing just trading which made multiplayer worse tbh, because people would rather spend most of their time on fancy little add ons to your car that you will barely even notice or care about during gameplay and was really only used to make yourself look good in front of other people.

Positivies:
-Good for casuals and more serious players, attracts to a large variety of people
-Unlike other items, Cars actually effect gameplay, aren't just for looks
-Great with friends and online friends, and it's really easy to meet people and add them to your friends list
-Once you start playing it's hard to get off it get's you addicted for hours
-Great online gameplay, there has been so many games that I played that has horrible online gameplay and it takes forever while this game it's simple and fast to get on and start up a game and it works well as long as you don't have absoutle garbage internet.
-Training mode, I ain't a huge fan of it but I made it a positive as you can design your own training thing that other people can play which is a nice touch that improves the game
-No dumb gimmicks just a simple good game you can play for hours
-Varitey of modes in case if you get bored of the traditional 2v2 or 3v3
-Makes you actually use your brain and stragety despite it being such a simple fast paced racing/sports game, makes you remember that you are actually playing a sports game as it is Soccer but with cars.
-The definition of a good sports game that doesn't try to replicate of what it actually feels like to play the sport.

Negatives:
-Way too many copies of decals that already exist but that are for different cars, seems like a cheap way to fill up the item slots that are for crates
-Season Mode, even though this is on the negative side I kind of enjoy the season mode but just because it's entertaining to play does not simply mean it is good, they could improve the season mode in so many ways and make it better than what it is now, they even could make it work for online but maybe I am just expecting too much out of a side mode
-1v1's can be annoying to play at times as you could be the better player overall but if your internet goes bad, you make a mistake, or your finger slips it could mess up the whole game for you. The mode just feels like a repeated procress waiting for someone to make a mistake that's all it is from my expierences from the game mode which gets stale fast.
-Obession with trading, this isn't really a problem by the creators themselves however they do promote it by making most updates revolved around items making people spend more money and making them more addicted to training even longer, and makes the game feel like it's just all about trading and you end up having people who spend 90$ of their time just trading and not actually playing the game which can be annoying if you are just that person who just wants to do a few games but the person in your party just wants to trade then when you do trade with them they take 30 minutes to decide if they actually want to accecpt the trade or not since it's that important to them and wastes everyones time especially if you are in a huge party.
-Not being able to choose what you get in crates, I know some people will try to counter this argument by saying people would always just choose the good items, but here's the thing that's true and all but they could easily do systems where if you do certain tasks for example get a 3 game win streak in 1v1's or a different mode then you get a crate full of rare items and you get to choose out of those, then you could make bigger tasks to get the better crates with better items, and you could always do a thing where every 20 something games you get a higher leveled crate. I can kind of understand why they have it the way it is but it just bothers me that you are paying money to open a crate that might contain an absoutle garbage item in it and it just feels like crap tier gambling for items that aren't even worth like $1.99 and if you have high standards like me I wouldn't even consider some of the better items worth $1.99 while you got other people who will pay $25 for a heatwave which is retarted to me tbh. Like many other games they are just trying to get your money with a cheap tatic. I know so many people will disagree with me on this but that's just my view point on it anyways gonna get to the next point now instead of continuing to complain.

Honestly most of my complaints are on the community and there isn't many flaws on the game I can think of at least right now in the review but honestly it's uncessary to complain more about the community as the review is intended to be about the game.

Overall the game is obviously good and I can see why this is seen as one of the best games in a while. As it's probably one of the best if not the best sports game I have played but there is a few problems with the game but mostly the community as like most fanbases it get's worse as it grows.

9/10 idk why but I slowly lose intrest in it, but I ain't gonna use that against the game much as in a quality view this is one of the most well established games I have played.
