This game is fun, but the developer has completely abandoned it at this point. The servers are trash, frequent rubber-banding and disconnects. We also have zero event pass as of today. It's a shame.

Doesn't run as good as I would have hoped. True to original port of the classic games, but sprites rendering sluggishly? Got old fast

It's an alright game. I found myself frustrated at the fact that it's extremely expensive to progress through five hundred seven levels or upgrades to the castle. The only thing keeping me from giving it a thumbs up is Charron, The death ghost that forces you to give up all your money prior to re-entering the castle. after several upgrades, It becomes a system similar to "Had a bad run? Only made 800 coins this run? Well you know what? everything you could get costs more than that so, screw you, now you have zero" There is an upgrade up the tower (not on the miner/spelunker or in other words gold finding classes tree, ironically) that is supposed to let you upgrade a haggle skill up to five levels that makes Charron only take half your unused coins, but it's hard work getting there.

The only other alternative is to get SUPER good at striking enemies and dodging projectiles, then you can actually make some progress and maybe even beat a boss despite being super weak, and by that I mean, you can only take 3-4 hits before you're dead. there's no benefit to killing baddies... no xp gain, they occasionally drop coins, but it seems that the best solution is to just avoid them when possible.

In all, as far as platformers go, it's fun enough, but leveling is a pain. If they just took Charron out, I would find the game much more enjoyable, and thumbs up my review
