I am a big fan of turn-based games and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is really great. The gameplay is fun and entertaining, but what really stands out is the amazing quality of the lore. I wasn't familiar with Warhammer 40K before, so I even read a bunch of books to get into the universe, just to be on the same page.

The game does a great job of bringing the world to life, and the story and setting are so interesting that I actually enjoy reading most of the lore, even though I'm only in chapter 2. If you like turn-based games, or just cool worlds to explore, you'll probably love this!

Considering I'm playing with a 1.3 patch for the first time, there are no bugs and the UI feels a bit polished, so I don't have any real negative points to make. The only problem is that I probably should have gone up from Normal, as I'm a bit OP now without putting much effort into planning the builds, will change it to Fearless for some challenge.

After all the caution and prejudice about this game, I can firmly say that this is the Jagged Alliance we have been waiting for so long, with some changes and improvements. I really enjoy this game, the mechanics are good, the shooting is great, the story is good so far and the good old vibes are all there.

Yes, it's not Jagged Alliance 2. But with the help of the modding community it can be as great as its predecessor.

Early access is already totally playable and fine and there's much room for improvements.
Great game I suck at though. But still enjoying it much.
