I am going to provide this a negative review for one reason, and that is that at the moment, this game appears to be going downhill. MMO's are supposed to be full of grinding and time consumption, but after you make any sort of progress, they release new content that just makes you have to grind all over again.

I will, however, say that if you are a fan of Star Trek, you are going to love the story in this game. All of the guest appearances and the continuations of stories from the series will keep you interested until you finish it. If you are going into this game for no other reason than for the star trek themes, then I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
