Used to be great, but wow. Toxic head mod, poor balancing, and now paid DLC for armor, and on top of all of that the player numbers are dwindling. Just get Chivalry 2.

Absolutely AMAZING classic of a game with so so much modding support it's truly mind-blowing. There are thousands upon thousands of amazing mods and patches and community content that this game still is enjoyable to me 14 years later. 100% recommend, and if you end up not liking it, well it's a cheap game, why not try it?

Good game? I like it but its not for everyone. If you are into r6 siege, this game is nothing like that in the slightest, completely different experience. I would watch a review of it on youtube to get a good fel of the game before you jump in.
