So, what can I say about this game... It's perfect game in every aspect.


There is custom funny campaigns and custom models(which you can't use in versus), it's kinda cool and main feature of valve's games is to let community make their things, they giving you a game(let's say it's something like with house, ground floor) and you were given all abilities to create your own... Everything. Custom sounds? Ok, here it is. Custom models of survivors and weapons? Here's 12043200502 anime skins for all of that.

Versus is kinda cool mode, it can offer you play as infected and then play the same map as survivors, who can make further than other team - wins. It's unique mode in 2008 and it's still pretty good(I mostly have bad ping but trying still enjoy versus). It is hilarious that you can be called cheater(it always warms my heart, thx for that :D) or be like carry in noob team and make your team win but not only from you it depends.(also spitter is important infected, try to learn how to play as she)

Co-op here is one of the main things. Imagine you got captured by smoker, hunter, charger or jockey, no one can help you and it's game over. Then on help coming your friends or other players that can save you from them, save teammate and he will save you, it's gold rule of all times(if only it's not a noob team, then you should sale your teammates or try all do by yourself)

Let's talk now about weapons. There are 8 types of weapon(if I counted right). Melee, pistols, assault rifles, sniper rifles, shotguns, machine gun, smgs and grenade launcher. Melee can one shot every common(except special commons) and all special infected(yes, yes, you can kill charger with one hit of melee, you just need to hit him in head, which is pretty hard and need practice or wish yourself best of luck). If you will see on skilled players - they always taking melee. Melee also can cut a tongue of smoker, need practice for that and such, skeet a hunter/jockey or even rock of Tank and it not wastes a ammo. Sounds pretty good, isn't it? But you need to learn and learn if you want use it.

Assault rifles. The most bad assault rifle is m16, decent accuracy and damage but if you didn't found a ak then it's a temporarily decision. Ak is have good accuracy and very good damage, it's the best assault rifle if you looking for that, also it kills Tank in 3 reloads, Scar, have ammo capacity of 60 bullets, it's good but it shoots only in burst mode, 3 bullets per each click of mouse, I think it's the most accurate assault rifle in the game and have average damage, better aim on head.

Sniper rifles. It's the most popular and very good weapon. It have very good damage, good ammo capacity and best accuracy in the game. You can literally make good damage and if you shooting in head - one shot most of special infected, it kills spitter, boomer(of course), hunter and jockey, for charger you need shoot 2-3 bullets in head but if you have a melee - then you could free yourself after that shoots and skeet a charger. Two sniper rifles only different with model, ammo capacity and reloading time.(also I'm tired, I said general about weapons but you could look on guides or smth like that if you want to know more or I maybe will extend this thing in future)


Characters. Ohhh... Here was made a very good job with a characters in game, they talking with each other, must interact with each other and you could feel like you one of the characters in game. You can even make characters talk some lines but it's enough to cooperate or joke, or make some movie, or even make mode for not used lines, or make character say lines that rare and playing in certain situations. Even for that l4d2 have mods


Community, I would say, pretty lovely and NOT toxic, on my opinion, sometimes you will meet a toxics but I think it's chance 1 by 100 of games. Well, I couldn't say I didn't like people in this game, some content makers continues make videos, tutorials, gameplays, challenges or just return to game after some period of time.
