As for cheating – 1. It is not confined to a certain ethnicity; 2. A new anti-cheat was implemented with the newest update – v.1.0.17: https://steamproxy.net/steamstore/news/app/1549180/view/3131691122308394561 , so cheaters should not be a problem anymore.
