Gems of Wars is an absolute bargain - if something free qualifies as a bargain (checks dictionary). Addictive and quick to play, Gems of War offers a diverse way to expand your character, kingdom and army in ways that full priced games often lack. There's always something to chase and with Guild elements and optional PVP, there is something for everybody.

No Steam Cards.

Alas, where this was an ok sim game, Windows 10 updates have made this unplayable without having to apply manual fixes, which are tedious. Sorry dev - adjust the fonts used in game, don't leave it to the players to patch it up,

Certainly not a sim or management game. In fact it's Just a clicker game at best, a puzzle game at worst, and is rather non-sensical without any instructions. Don't be fooled in to thinking this is worth any small payment - it's not.

Wonky code more like. Alas, despite dev promises last year, this is stil unplayable by many users, myself included. It doesn't save settings and the controls simply don't work. Broken.

Completely broken game. How this actually made it to Steam is beyond me.

However much you enjoy quiz games - please avoid.

Oddly compulsive, this FaceBook simulator has all the geeky romance of a Princess Maker game, the randomness of a rougue-like and the just-one-more-turn of Civ. Worth the expenditure when on offer.

If you've been hanging out for a Master of Magic update (the definitive fantasy Civ game) then snag this instantly. A great homage, improving everything and maintaining that 'just one more turn' addictiveness.
