Every so often, a game comes out of no where, and refreshes my interest in video games.

This game is like that for me. If you've liked This War of Mine, or are at all interested in survival games, I think you should give this game its fair shot. The developers are fantastic, and they're open to criticism and critique. Several recently large changes have been directly implemented based on player feedback.

I feel that, in my opinion, PikPok and Our Darkest Days have a very bright future. I'm excited to see where the game goes from here.

This is one of those games that comes around every so often, and breaks away from the garbage; the ones that really prove that games can be an art form.

And, my goodness, this game is art.

For all of those games that release in broken, buggy states, packed full of microtransactions after you pay AAA pricing. This is a game that's worth every penny of its $79.99 CAD price. It really goes to show the labour of love that Larian puts into their titles.
