I heard the UI was bad but holy hell nothing could have prepared me.

The UI makes the whole game look and feel like a mobile game with 1/100th the budget you would expect from the biggest strategy game franchise of all time. It is all just generic white text with generic big square buttons, coming from Civ 6, where everything feels much more bespoke and sleek, into this is really brutal.

The UI makes the whole game look like it was in development for about 6 months (I'm sure it wasn't). It SCREAMS early access and it gets in the way of the entire experience. You are assaulted with bland white walls of text everywhere, and polish is just entirely absent - lack of models, icons, images, colour coding to improve readability etc.

No doubt they thought they would try to design the UI around smaller screens & consoles because no other reason could possibly justify just how much it is leaving a sour taste in everyone's mouth right now.

There's also an abysmal lack of options - e.g. map sizes, number of civs in a game - just hammers home my assumption that they rushed the living ♥♥♥♥ out of this to grab some cash fast with a "we'll use the customers as paying testers and fix it later" mentality.

As of writing this it seems EA pushed an update to their garbage app that has broken both Steam achievements and native support for dualsense / dualshock controllers on this game. The steam overlay is broken & does not work at all either.

They should probably update this store page to reflect those features aren't available in this game now thanks to that.

Massive disappointment. Rips some stuff (e.g. practice) from Motorsport Manager, but then under-delivers on things like driver signings and staff signings and car development. I was really hoping this would improve on some of my issues with Motorsport Manager with updated graphics & animations and official licensed content & more.

Just mod Motorsport Manager, it has more depth and is worth your time & money far more than this abandoned cash grab that they seem to be trying to peddle for an annual price tag like most disgusting annual sports games these days.

garbage. literally everything about the recent 2k games on PC are straight garbage. AI? garbage. Coaching decisions? garbage. MyCareer? garbage. All of it designed to frustrate you so that you buy VC and upgrade your player quicker, so that TakeTwo make more money? Absolutely. Blocking you from upgrading physical attributes on your player intentionally, so that it is harder to have fun with your player, forcing you to want to buy MTX even more? Yessir!

I'm not buying another NBA 2K game until AT LEAST they stop this ridiculous "last gen on PC" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and probably not until they abolish VC or Multiplayer / Singleplayer connected characters entirely.

And anybody who is a fan of basketball videogames should do the same. Protest with your money and let them know they can't keep getting away with this disgusting greed they call a "game".

If you enjoy spending £45 for about 1 quarter of a game and far less content that what was in the original Dirt Rally, this game is for you. Not only do you get a mere 6 locations in the base game, but the DLC is purely just (so far) 3 remastered locations that were in the base game of Dirt Rally. The Cost - Content ratio is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.

Fractured Space is easily the best option out there for MOBA-style PvP spaceship action. The details of the ships are astounding, the graphics are exactly up to par, and the game seems very well optimized. The gameplay and balance of each ship (from my experience so far) is some of the best balancing/design in a multiplayer game at the minute imo. The amount of posts/forums I have seen of people being unable to decide which ship is best for each role is crazy. There are TONS of different ships, and I love how they seem to reward you very quickly, allowing you to unlock a handful of ships instantly after only 2-3 games.

I would honestly play this MOBA over League, and my favourite Smite, 100%. The devs seem to have a really good reputation with updates and listening to the community which is worth more than any other quality in mp games in my opinion. Now, sadly, is the downside of this game, the only one I can honestly come up with, and it's a fairly large one - The playerbase is (according to Steamdb and Steamcharts) around 200 players strong on a late Sunday. A couple of things are affected by this, and it opens two GLARING problems in this game.

1) When first starting to play, your MMR will be really low, and you will get matched with similar skill players. The matchmaking has always taken 1-3 minutes for me so far, which is very reasonable and relateable to Smite. HOWEVER 100% of matches I have played there has been 8 TERRIBLE players. (And I mean, complete braindead, worse than A.I.), and then I am the only player on my team who knows what he is doing, while there is usually only 1 person on the enemy team who has a rough idea of what to do. After getting the hang of the mechanics and strategy, I've single-handedly carried my team to the win 5 straight times. Never have I ever seen a MP game where a single person has carried their team to a W harder than in this game.

2) I hear the actual good players of FS end up waiting around 30 mins for a match to be found, which is a result of the low playerbase. In comparison to Smite, it usually takes 12-18 minutes for a queue for higher level players, although it can be much, much shorter.

Sadly, the low playerbase makes me question whether it is worth it for me to grind to 1k + MMR, as I have to grind through braindead games with people who have no idea what they are doing, and then will likely have to wait 30mins for a game when I get to a higher level. Please, this game is free, if you have any interest at all in space pvp or MOBAS, download this, give it a couple of matches and see if you like it. I legitimately think this could be one of the better MOBAS out there if it had the playerbase.

The single best hitman/assassin modern-day game out there. Limitless replayability, some great mechanics and gameplay features, everything you could ask for and more from a Hitman game.
