It's the cooler; a NH-D15, I bought it before 2019.

That means it doesn't contain the NM AM4 Mounting Kit I so desperately need.

When I initially checked, it was AM4 compatible, but I did not realize this only applied to the 2019+ versions. It's free of charge if you can prove you own a NH-D15 and a AM4 motherboard, but it's so cheap that I ended up just buying it from a local seller for faster delivery. Aproximation is on the 3rd of July, could be days or weeks with Covid-19.
