We've contacted some people at Activision and they're updating their ban appeal process, which will allow you to appeal the beta game ban that you have.
I'd recommend checking their Ban Appeal help path every week or so till you're able to appeal this ban.
This is a lacking on their appeal process and they're aware of it. We've done all that we can do regarding this ban.
