If you've heard the hype about Stardew Valley and wondered if it's well deserved, the answer is a resounding yes! That being said it is a very classic farm/life simulator. If mundane tasks aren't your cup of tea, then this isn't the game for you. The beauty of Stardew lies in the simple daily tasks, that silent motivator of "just one more day" as you creep closer and closer towards each of your small goals.

Where Stardew truly shines is its characters and stories. Even the coldest of characters usually has more than meets the eye. While Harvest Moon and Story of Seasons will always hold a special place in my heart, they lack fully fleshed out characters that are more than a caricature of a single trait. Townies is Stardew feel human. They're flawed, have fears and goals, and are full of surprises. Sure, there are paths I wish had more depth, but overall its a well fleshed out cast and you'll want to get full hearts with every character you can.

If you're a fan of cozy, farm simulator games. Stardew Valley is a must. There's a reason many people, myself included, have purchased it for pc and console for more ways to play. It's an absolute gem!

I was not expecting to be as scared by some jump scares as I was, but I wound up absolutely loving this game! Completed all the endings and extras and the story is just SO good. If you're looking for a good horror game to play with a story that keeps you hooked, this is the game for you!

Very cute and funny! A nice quick game to play with a charming story. Was hoping to romance Cthulhu since he'd be an upgrade from her husband. Karen is an absolute mood and in fact NOT a complete Karen.

Such an absolutely amazing game. Beautiful art and music, great story telling, and a super fun battle mechanic. It's a short game but I'm still shocked it's free. The quality is high enough that I would definitely put it worthy of at least a few bucks. I'd LOVE to see more come from the devs. While I was very satisfied with the ending, I was so in love with the world that it left me craving more.

I was so excited to see this game on steam! I spent many computer classes playing this back in elementary school and was excited to give it another go! It's a cute, fun game and still has a lot of charm. I'm not sure if I'm just clouded with nostolgia but I adore it now as much as I did years ago. The characters are charming and funny, the gameplay is simple but increases in difficulty the more you play (though its never truly hard), and its overall a nice casual game to play. 10/10 would make a pizza
