Many Bugs got improved and fixer but Not all

Why you should by (at this Moment):

-FPS Bugs (Ultra PC Setup?
-No RT on AMD
-50% of all players Cant start the game (see Steam Community)
-Game Crashes Randomly
-Game Wont Save by many players

When Sony fix all this Problems the Thump up again.
But actually i also cant play the game so Thump down.
