This game reaches far beyond my expectations. For an early access, it runs quite smooth. Sure, there are bugs, but that's what early access is all about. Finding bugs for the developers to fix.

The gameplay runs smoothly. I've also enabled v-sync, so my fps stays a steady 60 fps to prevent screen tearing.
The dragging of items through the inventories feels a bit weird to me. This is not a big deal but might need some improvement. Im sure they will polish this and other features when the core mechanics are in place.

The community is really nice. I've been killed 0 times by players till this time (3.5 hrs playtime). I've been in one fight however. But that was at the very beginning of the game. I spawned and someone tought i'd be an easy kill. I did kill him, however, I got a red name for murder. This made me drop my items upon dead. So the only thing I have to say about the community: Great! Which is pretty rare with a game like this. Normally I worry about loosing my stuff. But for as long as you don't kill others, you won't loose your own stuff either. That's probably the reason why the community is so friendly. They've implented this and works very well. I've got to give them that.

They are really active with their community. When there is a restart, they will let people know in-game. Which is good ofcourse. Also, they fix bugs very quickly. There was one bug that made enemies invisible. Because of this, you couln't see then nor attack them. Guess what? The next day, they released a patch to fix both the invisible enemies. Also, they left a small explanation of why this happened which shows how much they care about their community.

Something I noticed, were the spelling errors. While not big a deal, they might wanna fix this later on. Im not that great at english myself too, so I don't really mind.

Graphically, it all looks a bit empty. The world is really empty. You see a lot of trees and sometimes flowers, food etc. But when you are on the plains, it's just a flat world with some grass. But I'm sure they will add detail later since this isn't really a MUST for an early access game. It's all about fixing bugs right?

While i'm at it:
There is a weird bug where the world starts to flash. It's kind of annoying. Im not sure if im the only one but if i Alt+tab and go back to the game, it seems to fix it. Now, this might has something to do with my crossfire setup. Gonna find out soon.

Scores: Since this isn't a finished game yet, I will not look at the bugs. Simply because they aren't game breaking.
Gameplay: 8/10 - Combat is a bit too fast paced. Other than that, it plays smoothly.
Graphics: 7/10 - Looks nice in it's own way but is not detailed enough.
Community: 8/10 - Really friendly community. Finally a pvp game where KOS isn't a problem.
Development team: 9/10 - Very close with their community. Also fixes problems in a day or less. Listens to the community.
Bugs & errors: 11/10 - Do what they are supposed to do, obviously.

If you are looking at this game, and you aren't sure if you should buy it or not. I'd say you should. What can you loose other than your money?... Wait... No but seriously. Stop doubting and buy the game. You won't regret it.

This is one of those gems that need and deserve more attention. So far only 6 reviews have been placed. Meaning, probably not many players have this game or know about it.

For anyone thinking of buying the game, i'll explain to you why you should.

The price of when buying while it's still early access, is just 7,99 EUR. Not so sure about other currencies. This isn't much. When it's fully released, it will be doubled If im right

The gameplay is very smooth. Especially for an early access title. The amount of things you can do is pretty limited at the moment, but of what the developers have told us, this will be much more fun to play. Don't get me wrong. I'm already enjoying this alot.

What im excited about the most, is the amount of updates and the developer-community relationship. The developers actually view the discussions, reviews and questions. And update the game according to what the people want to see.

My personal favorite will be multiplayer.

And while im at it, will there be planet interactions? Something i would really love to see is being able to inhabit a planet and build al kinds of structures on it. Miners, defence systems, that kind of stuff. And automated transporting between those planets using actual npc ships or something. Gives the player the feeling of power and accomplishment.
