A vast improvement on the first game. Feels much more tactical and interesting with the battle grid. Figuring out what formation works best for your group and equipment makes it much more fun for me. My group has only been doing the dark carnival mode, but I am sure the main mode has been improved.

Normally I don't write reviews for games, but for this one I had to. This is, without a doubt, one of the best games I've ever played. Before this I had never been that emotionally invested in a game, but I grew to care about these characters to the point I cried like a baby over and over again. The storytelling is incredible, and you'll find yourself seeing the ripple effect your actions have even seasons after you made them. Without a doubt the best part of this game is watching Clem grow up, seeing her go from a vulnerable little girl to a resilient and strong woman who has been shaped by a life of extreme hardships. Her character development is both captivating and heart-wrenching. Trust me, if you have even a slight interest in story games or TWD, you need to play this game.

In my first game I got imposter and summoning what little knowledge I had from 2 years ago I started faking tasks. I also buddied up with Yellow, who would become my best friend. Yellow showed me to shields and protected me as I "did" my task. I followed Yellow as he did navigation and O2. We were pronounced bro and bro by Black, and we were happy. That is, until reactor. Me, Yellow, and a few others headed to reactor to fix it, and we were all stacked up as the unthinkable happened. I was fumbling with my buttons to pull up the map and my hand slipped... my bro was gone. Somehow I was deemed innocent, and the vote was between Orange and Green, which ended up with my fellow imposter Green being voted out. Following this Me, Orange, and Red grouped up and as we walked through engines Green locked us in, my time had arrived. Red saw me coming and started screaming, but it was too late. I turned to Orange and said " No one will believe you. " When it came time to vote I put up a defense that Slippin' Jimmy would be proud of and Orange was voted out. Of course this left me in an impossible spot but it didn't matter, without my bro nothing did.

It was at this point that I started laughing hysterically, and nearly threw up. The jig was up and we all knew it. Through my tears and fogged lenses I voted myself out and we went back to the lobby dying of laughter. Everyone crowded around me laughing and talking about the round, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I have had online in a while. The only thing that spoiled the moment was my bro not being there.

10/10, I will never forget you bro

I played this game a few years back on mobile around the time it released, glad to see its gotten very popular and has more content.

10/10 Would be falsely ejected into the cold depths of space again

I have been playing this game for months now, and I am glad its on steam now. This game is honestly great. I'm no good at writing reviews so yeah.
