Works great on a Steam Deck. Under Deck compatibility it says that some text is small and might be hard to read, but actually the default, out of the box text is perfectly readable and the game has the font size option.

The worst LIS I've played yet. Why would you force me to go through that LARP thing with an annoying kid? All I wanted to do was solve the murder mystery and romance. That quest should have been optional. Also, the kid follows you like an annoying fly with this totally blank 100 yard stare like he seen some serious ♥♥♥♥. You move slightly, he does the same, you make 5 steps, he moves 5 steps too. For 60$ game, NPCs should show at least some personality outside tightly scripted scenes. It's no longer Skyrim times, and not for an open-world game to have such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ NPCs should be no longer acceptable.

Steph is great, but the others are mostly boring and annoying, especially Ryan. I get that it's an LGBTQ game, but why did they feel the need to make him such a wuss? He's a ranger, but ironically, he comes off as the biggest baby in the game.

Could go on, but meh.

It's an alright game, but it has many flaws. The biggest one - there is no multiplayer. The second flaw on the list that also has to be noted is mutations. I get that developers were trying to introduce new mechanics into the game, that would make this game more unique and not just another zombie shooter, but in my opinion, it only ended up breaking the flow of the game. It is hard enough to gather resources and survive, let alone try to dig up the antidote every time you require one. The mutations should have been optional.

There are some other minor irritating flaws, but close to zero people will actually read this review, so why even bother going into details about it? It is still a good game to have in your library if you own a Steam Deck.

Hey guys, I have the solution for all of you who are told by the EPIC website that your email is already registered.

In my case I have the same email on Steam and Epic so I got this error.
Some friends suggested that I change my email by putting a period. For example if your address is mailrocket@gmail.com on the Epic validation website you should put mail.rocket@gmail.com

That way they sent me the verification code to my usual email account.
Then I entered it in the EPIC web registration again and it gave me an error but then the screen refreshed, the terms and conditions appeared, I accepted and I was able to play Rocket League.

The game has decent gameplay and design, but I couldn't get over the story's premise. You will be able to enjoy this game if you use your suspension of disbelief.

Do not buy it at full price. It is a poorly executed walking sim. While this game does have pretty graphics, atmosphere, and 10/10 voice acting, it lacks what is most important for this type of game - a good story and meaningful interactions with the people and environment.

The guy literally encountered three dead bodies and still kept romancing with the crew member over the coms. The very first thing that any sane person would do if he found himself on a Mars base with a dead body is he would arm himself, but no, this guy keeps wandering around the site like it is Disneyland.
The protagonist is supposed to convey the emotion and how I should feel about the situation. Should I feel jolly? Because the protagonist sure as ♥♥♥♥ is.

Then there are meaningless repeating tasks that you do over and over again just to make further progress in the story. Just why? If you going to force me to make those tasks at least make them somewhat impactful, tell me some side story or something. Don't just make me go from A to B to C with a badly designed(although artistically good looking) map system. It's not fun.

And who thought that it was a good idea to lock up the camera during some scenes when nothing is happening on the screen? Let me look around the environment for god's sake. At least this way I will get something out of the game.

Also, were the quick-time events there just to create an illusion that the player could have done something differently? Because I'm convinced that only humans with supreme reaction times could respond to them in time, especially since you didn't even bother to give players the slightest hint that such events would occur in the game.

They clearly tried to create a good game, but they fell short. It is an ok game, but just barely ok.

I'm saying this from an FPS gamer's perspective, so if you are in the same camp, you will most likely find this game boring.
You jump and slash, that's it, that's the game. Some mobile games offer more engaging and interactive experiences than this.

I promise you will have more fun playing Mario and saving the princess than playing this game.

Anyway, i bought this game literally five minutes before the Steam New Year sale ended and wasn’t expecting to be so impressed by this game as i usually don’t enjoy these types of games. I ended up playing for almost six hours during my first session.

Left 4 Dead successor, my ass. I consider Back 4 Blood to be better than whatever this soulless piece of ♥♥♥♥ is, and that game was bad.
