I randomly found this gem as I was looking through free to play games. I'm so happy I did. Serena isn't a traditional game, it's an experience. The emotions I felt as I uncovered the past of this man's secluded love life were emotions I didn't think I would feel from such a short game. It only takes about 45minutes to play through, and you enjoy every minute of it.

The story really pulls you in as you inspect more and more items in the cabin, making you really want to explore more and more. The mood set in this game is masterfully done as well, as it gives off a "almost too quiet" feel, elluding to a darker elements.

10/10 Some of the best time I've spent on a game. More like a story being played out infront of you, with you uncovering the big details.

Just started this game today and to be honest I wasn't really impressed. So far it's not really a BAD game per say, it's just it seems so... Dull for me. The "Action" combat isn't all that actiony. Not like other games such as Dragon Nest or TERA.

For me one of the main aspects of a game is the fun gameplay. Neverwinter simply did not thrill me. I dislike how you cannot move while doing a skill or attack. What is the point of a action game if you cant be active while fighting? Combat seems very clunky. I stress that this is just my personal opinion, as numerous others love the combat in this game, It's just not for me.

On top of which, as many others have posted previously, the game is heavily Pay2Win as levels progress. While I may not have witnessed this first hand, I have seen overpriced mounts, and the obvious gap between paying players and average ones. Boss mechanics consist of mostly Cone / AOE then spawn Adds. Repeat process as difficulty "increases." Really all it is doing is repeating the cycle, as there aren't much more mechanics than that. Check Youtube videos, it's obvious.

Don't get me wrong, while I may be picking at these features, this is just what personally put ME off from the game. There are some players that play into endgame and never pay a dime. While it's obviously harder for them, If you truely like this game or the combat, then you really don't have to pay a cent. It's just annoying how much of an advantage paying DOES give you.

Overall I think this is a decent game to pass the time as leveling is somewhat enjoyable if you enjoy the combat, but if you're looking for interesting endgame, an "equal" F2P experience, and genre changing mechanics, then look somewhere else.

I had my doubts about it at first, but I gave it a try anyway. Glad I did, it brings back the feel you get when you played those good old arena shooters. It's just simply fun. The weapon customization is unique and comical, the gameplay is addicting, and overall it's a enjoyable game to play in the passtime.

Game's graphics are beautiful while still keeping the comical humor elements. Blood makes it even better lmao. Even the cash items don't make the game Pay2Win, which is what most F2P games end up falling short for.

If you want a game to pass some time, or hell just looking for a fun arena shooter that you wont get bored of, try this out. If you're doubting it, try it anyway.

10/10 I love it
