If you're interested in getting this game, you should expect that you'll probably die A LOT.

Ghostrunner is a challenging FPP where you play the role of the Ghostrunner as you dash your way through the dystopian city of Dharma. The story is a fairly generic sci-fi tale about freeing the people of Dharma from the clutches of the main villain (I completely forgot her name, if that says anything about the story). None of the characters were very interesting and most of the time you're too busy killing dudes to care about anything that's going on.

Fortunately, the gameplay is what Ghostrunner excels at. Equipped with a sword, a grappling hook, and powers you unlock throughout the game, it all accumulates into an incredibly engaging experience.

Along the way you will have to fight your way through a variety of enemies and bosses who will kill you with one shot. The difficulty increases significantly as new enemy types are revealed.

Though the game can be frustrating, the fluid controls make for an engaging and satisfying experience. You can leap from wall to wall, slow down time to dodge enemies, and slice them right down the middle.

It's a fairly short game. with a runtime of 5 - 8 hours, but it has a lot of replayability. It's definitely worth getting on sale.
