Sure to kick your teeth in, Volition has proven what the company can do when all bets are off. Saints Row the Third is bombastic, absurd, ridiculous and a whole lot of fun. I have never had as much fun playing an open world game and been in a position where the game left me wanting for more. Be sure to pick this up if you're looking for something full of action, humor and fun.

With a melee system that is unrivaled by most third-person shooters, Space Marine is sweetened by smooth animation and incredible polish that brings the violent world of 40k to life. With an action-packed campaign, stellar multiplayer, horde-mode style arenas and an armor customization menu, its a great time to be a gamer. Shooting, chainswording, shoulder-charging, stomping, crushing and punching your way through hordes of Orks has never been more satisfying.

Call me a sucker for RPGs, Tower Defense games and 8-bit sprites but Revenge of the Titans is a great action/strategy game that you should take note of. While early levels seem easy-going for casual players the intensity ramps up as the game demands for your attention as meaningful upgrades and strategy become a major factor in this self-realized little nugget of fun.

With more bang for its buck, this diablo-style dungeon crawler is bursting at the seams in both quantity and quality. Torchlight is highly addicting and is sure to satisfy your loot lust.
